STOP VIOLATION OF WOMEN'S RIGHT
WOMEN'S GET PARKING TICKET BUT NOT MEN
IN PASADENA CITY- CA
I REFUSE TO BE TRICKED INSIDE CLOSED ROOM OR COURT.
I AM REQUESTING THAT HEARINGS BE HELD ON THE TV OR TICKET BE CANCELLED
INVOICE SHALL BE SENT TO THE PARKING OFFICE FOR WASTE OF TIME ON THE PHONE FOR A YEAR TALKING NONSENSE, COST OF PICTURES AND WRITING COMPLAINTS, COST OF PARKING AND GAS FOR A YEAR TO FOLLOW STUPID CHEATING SYSTEM AGAINST WOMEN.
No investigation or decision shall be made without my involvement and knowledge and release on the media
On October 4, 2007 I observed violation in issuing parking tickets on the road in Pasadena City by a tricky way to illegally collect people's money using under cover officer. There was an obvious sign clearing stating: One hour parking until 6:00 p.m. I saw this sign and obeyed it, while the parking attended advised me of it, as well. I parked about 5:50 p.m. and came back after 15 minutes to find a ticket posted 5:58 p.m.
I received a parking ticket in just 15 minutes while I turned my back. There was no clear sign otherwise, while the parking attended asked me to park at that place since I needed only few minutes, because the seminar I wanted to attend ended due to construction work and fences around the building covered the address with no routing direction, no obvious address, and no parking place to stop and inquire. Pasadena City is in violation. I felt something fishy, so I decided to wait for the parking officer to come back, and decided to monitor the area for 3 hours waiting in the street from about 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.. The officer never showed up again. I noticed that all cars received parking tickets, belong to WOMEN, but other cars that did not have parking tickets posted, belong to MEN. Incident was reported with complaint to the Parking Bureau with pictures and sent to Governor Schwarzenegger office as well on 10/4/07. I wasted big time and gas and expenses for a year for no solution of a stupid cheating system.
During waiting, a man with a hat was stopping at the fence with a folder, asked me if I will fight the ticket by saying: "Do you know that your are fighting city hall? " This was a threat. I was not sure who is he. I persisted to wait for official officer with an official car for 4 hours no one showed up. By 8:45 p.m. during dark, a black car with 4 people (I believe they are the officers) attempted to hit my car and scare me on the road. As it is obvious that officials paid by taxpayers' money are the ones who cause the crime and harass the public and women on the road instead protecting us. They call this a system...!!!
By investigating few tickets with other women, I noticed the following surprise:
At 5:57 p.m (2 tickets were issued both women), the numbers of both tickets (...497, ...503) reveal 6 tickets were issued in same second at (5:57)!!! Ambiguous fact !!!
At 5:58 p.m. (1 ticket for me, a woman, was issued), my ticket number (...512) reveals 15 tickets (between 497 and 512) were issued in one minute (5:58 - 5:57) !!! Ambiguous fact !!!
The public has the right to learn about this ambiguous sneaky facts since we are asked to pay fees. There are some crime and cheating and tricks to the public by trucks and on papers that no one would be able to find out unless I took this strange action sacrificing my safety on the road to figure out what is going on.
As it is obvious from this situation that men do not have to go through all this mess, waste of time, writing complaint, pay false parking tickets, attend officer hearings, and incur expenses of gas and parking and other losses to follow sneaky stupid system to cheat people. But women are abused in the Free Country and their time is cheap. My time is not cheap and shall be paid in full. I am a doctoral studenr and have no time for this mess, and as an engineer, my time is not for free for this hassle inside the Free Country, harassing women.
AFTER A YEAR:
No one contacted me or replied to my accusations since 10/1/07, then on 5/21/08 I received a letter with increased parking fees from $37 to $63 !!! It is theft and crime and harassment. They call it a system. Enough is enough, I think the whole country has to be reformed because it became total mess and mafia stealing the public money by force and harassing women and misusing taxpayers' money. I requested a hearing.
During a hearing with the officer on 8/4/08, the officer was not ready and had no idea about my complaint. He did not have my file or the pictures that I sent. He refused to hear my complaint, but he wanted to shift the discussion to what he wanted to hear and document on the tape recorder. I refused to discuss ambiguous issues and switch my complaint. It was a brain wash and stupid discussion and harassment to women inside closed door. I refuse to have any hearing or meeting or court inside closed door any more. No stupid system shall be followed. The complainant should address the issue without harassment of judges or officers to alter the complaint and play games with women.
I am requesting waiving this ticket, or have a hearing on the TV in public. I will not go to court unless it is held on the TV with no restriction from the judge. I have to explain all issues to the public and request explanation to the ambiguous system of tickets numbers, and ask for women's compensation and my losses. My time and gas and parking and any expenses shall be paid ahead of time. $350/ hr.
Thank you for taking action and please contact me. I will not accept any investigation or decision without my input. NO decision or ruling from any judge or any one would be enforced on me.
