It has come to my attention that there is no activity in this blog. I appreciate the reminder. I should do more and I have more to offer to the community. There is a lot to report about defendants of the wrongful termination, court system improvement, and discuss issues with the community. But I have not received a reply from the governor or the community for my favor. No one cared how do I live under this crime that has been committed against me in America and after ceasing my income and retirement? It is not a story to be published on the internet. It was published for immediate action. If the community and the court do not know how to solve problem and enforce the justice in timely manner, it is a major problem and has to be reformed but I need my right and money now.
In Pro Per individuals have the power of attorney by law, they have to be respected, but rather as an In Pro Per, I am ignored and denied my right in the justice system and have not received reply from authorities. I am requesting to be taken seriously by authorities as being attorney for self, and I need a reply to my request to State of California, Governor Schwarzenegger, and to House Representatives, Mr. Boehner, in regard of my legal matter that I forwarded to them last year on about May 2008 after suing the judge in February 2008 because the judge covered up on crime helping the defendants and objected me to health problem and further harm and harassed priests in the court. This wrongful termination matter has no judge since February 2008, any action by the judge it would be illegal and anti-constitution and contempt of court. I have forwarded the matter to authorities and I need a reply to my request. Life and career of a woman engineer is not for judges to mess with. Judges and attorneys have no authority to commit or support crimes, union activities, and abuse women engineers records. I have contacted President Obama as well few months ago and I have not received a reply yet. I do NOT expect a decision or order, I asked for a meeting and inquiry to discuss issues of my concern with all of them. I have to be heard. The decision is mine after formal discussion with them. This is my career, money, and life that were viciously harassed and I am the only one to decide for as my own attorney.
I am in a trouble in my life, career, health, and absence of the justice in the American Court where I have been singled out because I defended right of members and women and objected the abuse of our union dues in the state. Unfortunately, the court allowed the crime to me in America in the State workplace and by the Union PECG, by attorneys, and by judges, as I have been reporting but nobody cared to solve any problem or to enforce the justice for me as long as everyone has his/her income. The crime wins and stays in the work force in the loose and they call this a freedom, but woman engineer is sacrificed and harassed and excluded and they call this right of women in America. If that is the way women engineers are treated in America, so engineering should be closed to women until the morale and ethics and justice be taught and applied adequately. It is a crime to promote women to engineering and collect their money and abuse their life and health in this difficult study then destroy their career and cease their money and respect in the professional level and higher education level. The American society is not ready for educated people who can serve, educate, and build the country. But further, the new trend is that American system and courts harass a woman Christian but favor to Muslim, this is insult to Christians. Where is the constitution of right of women and equality in religion?
Because Christians are not harmful and not terrorists, they are taken like stupid in the court and in the American system. This is illegal approach and anti religion and anti Peace and God will not let it go as such.
The American policy and courts of law lack justice, lack solving-problems style, and lack protection of women engineers and Christians.
As everyone cares to save his/her job, own house, and obtain health insurance, they have to think of others too. But nobody cared about me. The community and authorities did not reply to me. My legal matter and income and career are in the hand of the governor and house representatives and the President. I made my request clearly: I need a meeting. I need my compensation for the crime that I faced and theft of my money, destroying my record and causing me unnecessary debts and interests. It is not for free and it has no statute of limitation. I need my income and health insurance soon. I got into debts and hardships but nobody cared for few years and they call this is justice in America!!
At this time, I am full time student and preparing for doctoral degree in social change for women engineers and for the best interest of the whole society.
