Corona of Orange County Sheriff Dept. mangling with witnesses
Today's news exposed chief Corona mangling with witnesses and bribing others. He was sentenced immediately. Why are Caltrans and its attorneys, and Union PECG and its officers who mangled with my witnesses constantly and persistently for few years, are released by judges? Woman engineer has right in the law and protection of our career as well. I have not received any right or compensation so far but they are all working and gaining their salary any way JUST because judges support the crime and all of them are powered with our union dues. I paid union dues monthly for years but received no protection but games in SPB court with administrative judges, where Caltrans plaid games inside the court and I was not allowed to address my concern. All my writings are not enough.

(1) COURT SYSTEM REFORM
The name of the person is eliminated for protection reason in the discussion below (My reply is as ....). I am concerned about the subject and discussing the issue with the public with no harm to any one and hopefully to myself as well. I need friendly and honest reply to questions presented below and to the subjects of court system, women civil rights, and my rights.
With all my respect to good Judges and good Attorneys, I do respect them but they did nothing about the injustice occurred to me. They are hiding and did not care about woman engineer career as for their career, did not care about my income that is ceased by corrupted company Caltrans and judges, but they care about their income only while they did not get the justice to a woman engineer. Ignoring solving this injustice caused me hardships, debts and interests, ruined my life and health in America. Attempt to abuse my successful engineering career as a woman engineer in America but they failed due great history of my accomplishment that shows the corruption in California and its Board of engineers' role and stupid Calif. engineering license with no valid experience but thiefing money of engineers to pay thier lawsuit. They disturbed a woman engineer own businees and caused losses and debts that have to be paid now on the tax, and engineering should be closed to women in California. The legal system as a whole is careless about any justice or education as long as they are making salaries and having fun with taxpayers' money. Governor Schwarzenegger tried to make a new system but the Union strongly opposed him to keep the corrupted system anyway in the legal system. The Union PECG tempered with employees and provided false information to get them to sign against the Governor's four proposals. This tempering caused false illegal voting to fail all four proposals; Union officers (see "wrongful termination and court injustice" case in this blog regarding Union officers defendants) they should be judged with crime (see Corona tempering with witness above). Same Union officers and Caltrans Attorneys mangled with my witnesses employees of Caltrans along with Attorney General Bill Lockyer who did not care when he was informed by this crime of mangling with my witnesses!! They all lied and hide facts from the public. It is like women have no right or protection in the law. I sure decline accepting this insult while judge Stole and Judge Helen Bendix supported the crime and attempted twice to dismiss denfendants (See corona tempering with witness above).
Where are the good authorities mentioned above? No one found the justice for me. Women engineers face sexual harassment encouraged and caused by judges' reckless ruling, face threat of life before every court hearing by defendants "Union, attorneys, and judges ...." as happens to me but the judge still dismiss those defendants!!??? There is no justice in any court to protect women, so women face sexual harassment and life threat and has to shut up and cannot go any place for justice or to report it.
As an example, Judge Ross insulted my female attorney and closed my legal matter that is related to lesbian sexual harassment at work during my engineering training course for design bridges while I was student in the master degree. What a respect to education in California court and to women engineers in America? It is a crime to destroy women and girls life to promote them to engineering. If I get no justice, engineering education should be closed in America until the root of the problem gets resolved, the root is the court and judges.
Judge Ross was fired since about 1999 after closing my case in 1998 for the second time (but the court retired him to collect high retirement from taxpayers' money while he did not do his job)! Judge Ross work as an attorney to create other victims among the public while California State Bar cover up on the corruption and allow him to work as an attorney.
Also, the head of security of Caltrans was fired for cooperating with the lesbian in defaming me and she is still working, but I lost my job and did not get back to work and engineeirng training. I received no compensation for the harm and defamation caused to me, I did not go back to my work and engineering training. This has caused destruction to my engineering progress in the filed. Other women are harmed but do not report it because they know the hassle in the justice system. So the court system should be closed because of no benefit for the community and education of women engineers. But I shall get my right and all my income lost since 1944. Judge Ross and the female supervisor shall pay 1/2 of their income to me since 1994 in addition to my compensation by the court for justice reason.
MY REPLY IS AS FOLLOWING, WITH MINOR ADDITIONS
I appreciate your honest reply to my concern. Thank you for your time. I need attorneys and officials and lawmakers to reply as you did, not to disappear and ignore the issues and ignore a woman engineer’s concern. It is a public concern, though individual concern is crucial as well. Discussion has to be back and forth without stopping until system is agreed upon. Their silence makes it worst, and is a proof that the system is illegal and nonsense and they cannot challenge it in public with me, and it has to be reformed. As such, there is no statute of limitation for my right and the crime that occurred to me since 1994 by Caltrans and the courts while putting women under duress and in the dark of what is going on using my name and career without my knowledge or consent. They deal and discuss issues against my best interest in my absence and without my reply and close my legal matters with no justice to me. This is illegal and considering women are stupid. I am not stupid and will not allow it. There is no law or item in the constitution to support the injustice and harassing a woman engineer as occurred to me in America and I should let my right die forever. This is a proof that it is illegal and criminal approach adopted by the court and legal system. I am not asking for stereotype representation but I need legal protection and legal advice while I address the matter in courts. The court system is handled illegally by harassing way, slavery attitude, hiding crime, and stupidity using taxpayers’ money for no benefit to the country. Billions of dollars are wasted for no reason but for best interest of judges behind the scene. This has to stop.
I have my own opinion and comments on the issues in your e-mail. Please do not take anything personally or legally against you or against your reply. Your reply now and at any time is not a violation on your part as an attorney so that you be scarred of me and is not a unique reply to me, I heard it hundred times from all attorneys (it is something that you guys were instructed in schools and repeat during all your careers with no goal or solving problems) and they have nothing else to say but such statements that make no meaning or give any beneficial information to clients and their high retainer paid, and that is the reason I cannot rely on attorneys any more to represent me because it is all nonsense, unless one attorney can proof that he would use his/her mind to address issues and the laws/rules properly and would respect me and my opinion, and would not follow stupid laws and rules that make no sense and harm people, and then we call it laws and blindly enforce it. All men-made laws are not a Bible. It is so stupid system but legal authorities do not see it for some reason, and the only way to solve problems and get their way out is to kill the person who is trying to address issues!! This is crazy. Does it make sense to you as a regular attorney and as a Christian person?
Please take my reply easy way for clarification, at least; I am not insulting a system or anybody, but I am discussing issues that everybody escapes of. It is matter of system and stereotype education that brainwashes students in law schools, then all attorneys and judges and the court system use against the public which make no sense at all for me and we are supposed to follow and respect strange things and blind rulings that destroy human being and the life that is gift of God to us. Please do not misunderstand my taking on attorneys and judges, you guys are very intelligent than the regular public, but if this intelligence is used in proper way, you guys become the best people, but money blinds attorneys and judges and switch everything to be perceived as devil act and lies and crime. Why this is the case? I need to discuss it in public to solve this problem in friendly way, I am not fighting or suing the whole world but only who harmed me in the caption and they have to pay for it individually so that they learn to stop this mess with human being whom God have created.
I want you to reply to me as a Christian NOT as an attorney. I noticed when you take off the hat as an attorney and talk as a Christian using the Bible you make sense and talk correctly. Also, good attorneys and authorities who advised me before and told me terrible secrets in the legal system, I guess they took off the hat as attorneys, and released the mess in the court by judges and how attorneys are victims and victimize their clients as well. I like it when you take off the attorneys’ hat and I prefer to discuss issue that way to reach a solution instead covering up on crime and bribing inside the court for decades.
I am replying to your e-mail considering you be open mind and accept my discussion and respect my opinion with no offense or fear, because I noticed that attorneys are living in fear from all people around that everybody would sue them or blame them with wrong advice and they hide the legal advice from people then tell people that their rights are gone forever!! All attorneys say same statement to all clients and throughout all human life. Is that the education in law school? This is alone illegal, but I am not blaming you, so do not take it personally because I heard it hundred times from other attorneys, and now my take is to discard the whole legal system because it is cheating to the public and the humanity and to the Bible. The laws and rules are adored as they would a Bible and God’s decision!! Improper laws are nothing, Judges and attorneys misuse them and mangle with them to collect money of the public and the fund of the country, as happened to me. Laws and rules and court systems currently adopted at least in America (I have no legal experience in other countries) are as devil acts by my experience and against God’s wish of his creation of the world and human being; they are zero for me, they are illegal and shall be reformed but I am not given the chance to address the issues in court or on media set up or any place. I am pushed away by the court and officials and prevented to inform the public by my findings; they prefer keeping the corruption as is with no improvement or open mind or social change. I am honest in my action to address issues with open mind to improve systems and social change reason, but suddenly I find everybody is scarred and harassed me and wanted to kill me too by mafia union power with our money!!! This is not a civilization or improving system and social change or even knowing God or following God's direction. I thank you so much for your nice statement and seeing the injustice that occurred to me in my life. All attorneys and authorities and the public mentioned same statement and feel bad for me, you are not the only one, I replied to all of them as following: So what after that? Is this the legal system and constitution in America? All attorneys and judges see the injustice and harassment to women and keep it as is and feel sorry for people. Are we going to live like that for the remaining of the world until Jesus come back? Please allow me to discuss issue with no offense, I like you and respect you but I am addressing issues. Are the court and judges waiting for Jesus to come back and do other miracles to convince them that the legal system needs to be reformed and corrected? God gave us minds different than animals and birds to think properly not brainlessly. Good attorneys told me: “I can hold an excellent trial for you and question those judges of what they did for you and put them in prison too. But later they will retaliate against me and my license and my business in the future and I will not be able to live and my business is gone!!” That is terrible, this is communist life. Other attorneys told me: “In meetings, judges told us: Tell your clients if they are coming to the court for justice, they are in a wrong place.” This is terrible also, I think those judges are honest and frustrated and want to keep their job too. When would this slavery life in the Free Country get adjusted? There are few good attorneys homeless around here as far as I know. This is terrible life and all of you are living under fear and duress as your statement imply. I see the fear in your writing. I will respect it for your protection. I did protect many attorneys who were honest to me. I feel sorry for students who study to become attorneys and for good attorneys. I was a student in law school and attended classes and know how the instruction goes. I refused it and dropped the education but part of it was due to fear of my employer Caltrans of me becomes an attorney. I did answer differently in one of the exam, but for some reason the professor liked my answer and gave me “Very good”. It looks like professors are scarred too and teach issues that they do not agree upon but for political reason only. So now the legal system has to be reformed.

You do not need to be regretful, do not worry. If you refer to my e-mail again, I did not ask for representation but I asked for legal protection and legal advice only to my concerns and questions during representing self in courts around and in the media. There are other good attorneys whom I like to ask their protection too but it seems to have conflict of interest due to our relationships in society. That is the reason I am asking for attorneys whom I do not know to support In Pro Per until the system gets overturned.
Your statement:

Again, I see the fear and hiding information but do not worry I am not blaming you. All attorneys act same under fear! I am not sure which acts and omissions and wrongdoers you refer to because there are hundreds of them who I need my rights from and they have to pay for their wrongdoing to me. Regarding families, I have nothing to do with other families whose members acted illegal and harassed me at work or in courts or at residence for no reason, they are not more important than my family that has been disturbed totally including our finance that shall be restored by America that caused it. The case is mine not their families. I, as the victim and Plaintiff and my legal matter, have absolutely nothing to do with anyone else or any other subjects out of the issues of my concern in the wrondful termination at work. That is exactly the problem in the legal system, it confuses things and addresses issues NOT related to the violation occurred and claimed in the case! It is stupid system. All crimes and illegalities are hidden or caused by judges. All defendants in the caption caused the problem in the workplace and are aware of what they did, they have to pay for it now. This is the only issues that should be addressed in my legal matter NOT their families and all issues around the world, while escaping from the violation occurred in the workplace against me. This is brainwash and crab system.
I need to address the violation but every time judges close the matter and hide the crime and shut up my good attorneys who have to quit. Again, I do not allow any discussion or any subject to be addressed in my legal matters out of my complaint issues ONLY. If their families have a problem or concern, it has nothing to do with me of course, but my issues and the violence occurred at the government workplace and has to be rewarded to me, and the corruption in the Union and the court system has to be ceased immediately. Engineers are getting harmed and killed for years in Caltrans workplace with no protection by any one nor by the union, is it my turn now? When will this crime and careless work environment stop? The court keeps closing matters and altering defendants’ names on the caption while attorneys agree and hide facts, and are afraid to represent me in my case or adjust this corruption, this happens in other cases as well but the supreme court support this corruption as well as I posted my case below. All these issues do not make sense for me, how in the world it makes sense for the court of law and to any human being? The court has to be reformed immediately, it is very offensive.

This is another statement that attorneys study it and keep repeating it during their entire career. It has no meaning at all, it is brainless and hide all illegality and cheating people’s money and called “legal advice” that people pay $400 per hour for it. Of course you did not charge anything, so do not take it personally. Please allow me to address the problem and clarify my standing here. If attorneys do not take the legal action and complaint of the client seriously in timely manner in court, who to be blamed? If judges discriminate and play games with women engineers favoring to the Union while Plaintiff’s attorneys are under duress and fear and worried for their job and license, who to be blamed for the specific time limits? If women do not get same care and representation in court and by the Union for the dues paid, who to be blamed for the specific time limits and our civil rights? If Appeal court and Supreme Court falsify documents and mangle in our papers that we paid for hundreds of thousands of dollars to attorneys in legal fees and court fees and waste the specific time limits, who to be blamed? If lesbian supervisors lay off her subordinates because she has authority of position to use their body as she wishes without our consent, then judges support this crab and close the matter twice disobeying the Appeal court ruling, who to be blamed of specific time limits? If male superiors take work and design and recommendation of women engineers and credit to themselves with no record shown for women engineers' effort, then when we object to this illegal acts we be reported for insubordination and lose our job for no wrong doing, but attorneys and judges favor to men or race and color reason behind the scene, who to be blamed for specific time limits? If employer and supervisor lie about work injury and State Fund close the case with no medical treatment or compensation, who to be blamed? Attorneys are helpless in negotiating or enforcing the justice either in dealing with workers' compensation, who to be blamed? If crime occurs in the post office to steal the proof of service from inside the post office and break into the post office itself, who to be blamed? This intended crime against me personally and being a target in my life by officials who have authorities to gain access to your personal and confidential information and address, but harass your life in the Free Country, who to be blamed? The list goes on and on forever. Is this the court system, statute of limitations, and the right to sue may be forever lost?
This is crab system and devil rules and laws.
My money and career as a woman engineer is not to be ceased by mafia acts, ruled upon with stupid system and criminal acts to abuse my life by Union corrupted system and judges’ false immunity in America, and we call it “statute of limitation” or “justice system”!!
The court has to be reformed. Again, your statement shows the fear behind it, hiding information from the public.
In Pro Per have no way to know about statute of limitation that is hidden as it is appear in the statement which all attorneys provide to clients or the public after paying high legal fees for ambiguous information. This is illegal but the legal system allow all illegality and harassing and cheating the public.
Actually when I was given the correct dates and citations and present it during self representation in my current legal matter of wrongful termination, the jduges deny everything for In Pro Per though it is correct, talk nonsense and misuse their authorities to close matters, put other In Pro Per in prison to shut them up. I will not waste all my life and career and my own business to adjust corrupted system in the Free Country for free especially after I got harassed and my life is in danger.
The illegal acts occurred at work did not have a statute of limitation, it has been going daily for years, what did the law do about it?
What did attorneys, judges, or corut do about it? They only wait to collect our money and the fund, they do not care about the society or women's right. This is b.s. crab system. I received the threat e-mail that says "...you have no right in this country..." What did judge Stole do about it in the court? He supported the Union mafia acts and crime and harassing woman engineer!! Do we call this justice and Free Country? No one including judges is from this country even if they born here, they do not own the country at any time. If their parents did not come here, they would be in their respected countries now.
They are not supposed to harass the public and disturb the economy and abuse women engineers’ career.
They and the system even allow illegal immigrant to stay, issue illegal documents, everything is illegal but they abuse women who are not illegal!! This is crazy. We own our life and education, it is only our sole decision NOT for American judges’ personal reason/discrimination/or monitory reason to abuse us, or for dysfunctional California Board of Engineers to decide and ruin women engineers career and life and money for free while they disturb the whole economy and life with no valid system or safe life to the public, including myself, even its members are not qualified engineers but following Union mafia acts to collect more money behind the scene!!
I thank you so much for your reply and discussing issues with me. I do respect your opinion and the fear implied in the statements and we should work on it to take this slavery style of life away from the system and from the Free Country. I need my justice and the losses that I incurred of millions of dollars since 1994. My career and life are not to fall under any statute of limitation that implies crime in the court system, theft of our income, harassing women engineers in court and at work, and discriminating against women for political reason around. I need reply to my questions in this reply either from you or others of the radio but in writing. My point is not to cause problem to you or any individual attorneys. That is the reason I do not ask for legal representation as usual. I need to talk about the issue by myself, I do not need opinions of all people around to talk for me. Everyone keep his opinion for himself or herself when Plaintiff addresses her issues, but as In Pro Per, I have the right for legal protection from the corrupted legal system and judges’ abusive immunity that should be ceased.

This is not the first time that Caltrans causes disaster to the community; bridges are broken, roads are dysfunctional, reckless bridge calculation and decision, accidents, repetitive harm to the public, discrimination at work, falsifying documents, sexual harassment, conspiracy with the Union PECG against employees, illegal malpractice, harassing woman enigneer to cover up on crime and stupidity while judges support this anti-constitution acts. Where is the justice of America?
Mr. Doug Failing, Los Angeles Director, who addressed the media opposing liability of the accident, he should take more responsible action to solve problems. He did not support the justice or solve the problem caused by the lesbian supervisor who laid me off because I did not go with her on weekends. Mr. Doug, I need my income of three years back with interest accrued until now. Sexual harassment is a major problem in Caltrans as we can see. The supervisor should be fired but she has been working while the victim has no right! What a work environment morale in Caltrans!! She collects salary of supervisor for no service or knowledge either. She caused many other disasters at work for years. This is waste of taxpayers' money. This matter is the first violation occurred against me in Nov. 1994, while judge Ross supported lesbian activity as well and harassed my female attorney and wasted taxpayers' money and my money and salary. They believe this is court system and power of judges to harass women in courts. Though Appeallate Court fuled for my favor, but Judge Ross disobeyed the ruling. He was fired but was retired to keep his retirement and then he works as an attorney as well. This system does not apply on women engineers. Justice and morale have disappeared in the country; the proof is that all businesses are closing and leaving the country. I think wise employers should close businesses until the corrupted system gets adjusted. God was patient but will not support this corruption and injustice forever. HIS penalty is severe if problems are not solved, including my civil right and compensation of my "wrongful termination and court injustice" matter, ignoring it is not a good strategy.
Why now attorneys are working hard against Caltrans for this tragedy of this week? Women have right as well for protection for our career and from sexual harassment by management. Accidents and death are not the only thing that has merit in courts.
I have a lot of study that is delayed because of the waste of time with court process last year and harassing In Pro Per. The court owes me lots of losses that will be claimed later. I have no time to waste in the court again as In Pro Per until fixing the system, but now I am calling for attorneys and conservatives to help me in my wrongful termination and court injustice matter. Attorneys should adopt dignity, honesty, and respect to a woman engineer; should not fall under mercy of judges' intimidation and union dues, and should accept to work a system with me. I hope to hear from them soon. I am not a quitter and God will help me.
I do not expect any retaliation or harm by Caltrans and the Union again.
