We explored some issues and especially my scam with the court and judges and union, and I requested the justice and my civil right to be awarded to me.

FRAUD E-MAILS USING MY NAME WITH
DIFFERENT PROVIDERS.
PERSISTENT NEW CRIME during May 2009
Two e-mails are highlighted in full, below. If anyone finds the sources of this fraud, they should be reported and prosecuted, no one or court has authority to use my name in any form or any forum. If the court and justice system adopt lose system and harass woman engineer in America, that is what people get: harassment, danger, and threat of life as it happenes to me. Should we call this freedom and greatness? I am not sure if the police can help in locating this. It seems an attempt of new crime is coming to me because I am personally targeted with my own name for defamation and harassment, or attempt of offensive contents. I am not liable. Officials have to do something about this crime instead just sitting there for decades causing the coutry to get in debt and then the public pays for their malfunction. I do not wish to get into a further crimes as the court and judges have been causing harm to me, a woman engineer, but they support crime and mafia. President Obama, as an expert attorney, he is wise enough and can help in solving this crime and court injustice.
Correcting a system shall not replace my lost right. I need my right and money and compensation FIRST.
AOL is liable of any problem that may happen on my name and has to do a system to protect its customers' identity and name.

If anything is related to money, the Tax agencies shall be liable of any fraud, since they attempt to harass my record and losses favoring to fraud of the Union PECG and judges and ex-attorneys. PRESS RELEASE
PERSISTENT CRIME during May 2009
FRAUD USING MY OWN E-MAIL ADDRESS
This is a quick note to the public worldwide for protection, integrity, and safety of my e-mail address and its contents. A new crime has surfaced this week which is fraud using my own e-mail address by strangers. "I received e-mail from my own e-mail address sidarossms@aol.com, subject: Mike gave your mail !! dated May 5/7/09" and another dated 5/8/09. This is a recently discovered fraud and was reported to AOL at this time in addition to the prior threat of life e-mail that was reported in 2003. If anyone received any inappropriate e-mail on my e-mail address sidarossms@aol.com please note that I did not send it. Please report it to officials and inform me. I have no idea what was in the fraud e-mails because AOL advised me not to open the e-mails and send them to AOL, action is being taken by May 8, 2009 today with retroactive dates of e-mails which I am not aware of beyond this date.
Judge Helen and court injustice:
Of course any fraud, crime, harassment, retaliation shall be claimed against Judge Helen Bendix for 1) keeping defendants in the lose to harass me and others, 2) for her reckless handling to my matter and the crime occurred by those defendants including judges, union, and courts, 3) her careless attitude towards the crime occurred to me personally on the road and at residence and in the hospital by her knowledge during the period of the court hearings including breaking into the post office causing federal investigation to be conducted, fraud on my credit card for the first time, and other crimes reported on my filing during the "wrongful termination and court injustice" matter that is filed 6/2006 and is currently with Governor Schwarzenegger and House Representative to contact me and take In Pro Per seriously as would an attorney. This matter shall not die with no compensation and justice to Plaintiff for crime and sexual harassment since 1994 that the court caused to me.
E-Mail fraud May 8, 2009:
The recent e-mail fraud reported May 8, 2009 is added to the legal matter and to judge Helen Bendix as persistent crime and retaliation against me personally for years due to lose system in the court. If any harm occurred to me, Judge Helen and all defendants on the "wrongful termination and court injustice" matter shall be liable.
Vexatious litigants list:
It is childish act and fear of Judge Helen and her conspiracy with Caltrans attorneys and Union attorneys and other defendants of being reported of their legal malpractice. They are being sued at this date upon discovery of this crime for further persistent defamation for Plaintiff for adding my name on the Vexatious litigants. This will be added to the accusations filed against judge Helen last year on "February-May 2008" and caused plaintiff to recuse her on February 2008 for her violation since August 2007, Judge Helen is currently accused by new discovered crime and massive defamation to Plaintiff Monique Sidaross as retaliation to mess with my name and public record by adding my name on "vexatious litigants" list which I became aware of only recently. Judge Helen is in contempt of the court if taking actions on my matter while she is recused in February 2008 before the trial date of June 2008 postponed by Plaintiff and the matter is referred to the Governor and House Representatives to reply to Plaintiff In Pro Per with no attorney assigned. Plaintiff decision is final over a recused judge and discrimiating courts that are defendants and have no saying on Plaintiff.
I have no time for this mafia acts inside the court system; educated women's life, career, education, and service to the country are more worthy than this crime by court officials. I need my compensation and the justice for the presistent crime and abusing my name and business inside America. Do not claim Freedom or right of women or greatness of America before offering the justice and stop the crime, fraud, and lies by the court itself. This is violation to the constitution.
Reminder:
As you know I have been facing all the crime, harassment, and threat of life in every aspect in my life by the Union PECG and its attorneys, and SPB and its administrative judges who sent the threat e-mail on the name of the union without signature. Judge Stoll closed my lawsuit against the union to hide the threat e-mail and release the union and judges free in the lose to harass others in the community. It is devil attack of all legal system against ONE woman engineer state employee and member of the union after paying dues for years then we get harassed and killed with our money. Top crime by the court system, union, and no justice...how much did judges get paid for this cover up acts? The Judicial performance agency ignored my complaint about Judge Stoll and allowed him to continue the crime and harassing a woman engineer and cover up on the threat e-mail; as a result, I lost my job, my computer was stolen, parking tickets were posted on my car twice a week, all telephone lines including the cell phone cut in the middle of the night, harassing messages on the phone, falsifying my tax account, and abusing my business income, which they all will pay for the all these losses and debts. Why all these crimes are covered up on and allowed by the court, attorneys, and judges in America, and where is the justice for me ?? I need an answer.
RESERVE MY RIGHT FOR SAFETY AND PROTECTION:
I reserve my right for safety of life and against any persistent crime and harm by defendants as judges, union, attorneys and their associates targeting my life and business including my e-mails content. Any further crime or harassment to me shall incure further compensation on those defendants and referred to other route.
HOPE PEACE COMES TO AMERICA ! GOD SHALL AWARD EVEYONE UPON ONE'S ACTION.
